You agree to provide truthful, complete information and genuine documents. We will not assist with misrepresentation of any kind, and providing false information to immigration authorities can lead to bans.
Some destinations and services are delivered with vetted partner agencies and licensed local professionals. We disclose partner involvement and remain your point of contact.
Fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Government and third-party fees are separate and non-refundable by us. Refunds for our own fees follow the written agreement for your engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service.
